Frequently Asked Questions 

When will my order arrive?

  • Subscriptions: It is still the industry standard that publishers cycle new subscriptions in to the delivery schedule on a delayed basis. Each publisher has their own calendar, but in general: Weekly magazines require 4 to 7 weeks, monthly magazines may require 7 to 9 weeks, and bi-monthlies may take 12 weeks. These lag times are standard for most publishers.
Our refund policy on magazine subscriptions:
  • You may cancel an order up to 72 hours after you submit and pay for the magazine(s). Please contact us at 
  • After we send the order to the publisher, there are no refunds, but we will do everything we can to address problems you are having with a subscription. 
Can I get a refund from The Crochet Network for a purchase through an affiliate?
  • The Crochet Network cannot make refunds on items purchased through one of our affilliates, you will need to go to the affilliate website and request a refund through the company you made your purchase through.
Can I purchase magazine subscriptions for addresses outside the USA?
  • At this time we are unable to offer magazine subscriptions for addresses outside the USA.
Can I renew old subscriptions through The Crochet Network?
  • Yes. The Crochet Network can renew all of your old magazine subscriptions. Just make sure to choose "yes" at the "Is this a Renewal?" prompt.
What do I do about these notices that magazines keep sending me?
  • If you are getting bills or collection notices you need to contact the publisher immediately. Those are not sent by The Crochet Network since all of our customers pay up front for their orders. 
Can I send a magazine order to a correctional facility?
  • There are significant security issues with correctional facilities. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee that the magazines ordered will be delivered to the recipient. Please check with the facility for its policies before ordering. 
I didn't order here, but can I get help with address changes or billing
  • At this time, we can only process address changes if the order was placed here at The Crochet Network. This is also the case with billing and other issues regarding subscriptions ordered from the publisher, not from The Crochet Network.
